It has good sounds at the first moment and arps, but i just don't like working with its interface, just thinking about synth patch editing i get a headache. With over 20 new features and 10 new Music Styles (plus 10 MusicĪssistant registrations), the G-70 Music Workstation once again sets a With fantom-s you can make your own drumtracks, it's not that easy, as a keyboarder i mean, but it's original.įor myself, i use fantom-s, and groove agent vst to get some idea, which is very important for song writing.Īnd like sam i don't like motif either. Roland makes very good styles for their arranger keys. I had roland VA 7 before, and i must say i miss those arranger functions.

With G70 you can have much fun with its rhythms, but no sampler, which means you need a pc to make your recordings, just like sam said before. In this case X-series just have a tiny difference with fantom-s You have superb piano sound with P250, superb organ with VK7, all what you need is synth sounds. It's over 1000 Dollars cheaper than the x-series. When you want to record and sequence them, i think fantom-s would do that. Well you have my dream machines there (yes, three of them!).
